Stella's Baptism

WOW! What an awesome occasion! ...despite the fact that it was in the armpit-state of New Jersey... just kidding all you Jerseans!

No really, it was an excellent event. Thanks to all those who made the day possible! We had a great time with all of our family -- many of whom had never met Stella before. She was alittle overwhelmed by the noise and numerous people, so she was a bit fussy. Of course, having barely had any of the 7 hours she usually naps over the course of each day she was a bit cranky too.

I think the highight was during the ceremony when Stella was groaning and growling, and Msgr. McNamara said, "The demons cry out when they're being released or expelled..." It was pretty funny.

Thank you for all your kindness! This little one is so lucky to have all of your all of your love and support! It was great to see all of you and we are greatful to those who travelled a distance to see her.
