Though the murderer has never actually been deployed so I'm pretty sure he can't use that as an excuse.
Okay, okay. I jumped the gun on this one. I shouldn't draw such rash conclusions. the Gunman was never deployed. Instead (unfortunately) it was a case of Radical Islamic Terrorism -- more deadly than H1N1.
