A few more house details

Here are a few more pictures of our house! Below is the granite countertop. It's a sort of charcoal, light brown mix (to match the pre-painted walls throughout the house), with specks of a deep red color.

This is a view of the front door with the living room (we'll use it as an office) to the right and the formal dining room to the left.

The left-most picture is from the kitchen looking in to the dining room.

Blues Pictures

Meghan and me in our Service Dress. Does nayone notice anything different about my lovely and dignified wife?

Graduation from Residency

Today we graduated from our residency programs. We received our diplomas even though there is still exactly 2 months left until we're done. Overall it was a beautiful day, and a relatively painless ceremony. It was about 90 during these pictures and we topped out around 105 today.
See below for pics of all 12 clinical psychology residents at our hospital (there are 6 others at the major medical center in OH, and 6 others at the medical center in D.C.). There are also pics of us being presented our certificates by 1-star generals of the Army and Air Force! Oh, and the silly man with one knee to the ground is our own version of Gomer Pyles...if anyone even remembers that t.v. character.

More house pics

Long Time No Blog

It's been quite a while since we've posted anything. We've been so darn busy! Bu tthe good news is that we've entered a contract for a house in FL!!! It's really a great buy!

We've also got some friends coming this weekend from graduate school. So we'll be posting pictures toward the end of the weekend.

I got to fly a C-5 simulator today at work. For those who aren't aware, it is the biggest cargo plane the military has. It can carry Blackhawks, it has carried the Hubbel Telescope, and it can fit 7 Greyhound buses inside at one time. The cockpit sits 60 feet in the air and the wingspan is 44 feet. IN short, it's an awesome machine, and I was fortunate enough to fly a simulation flight today and work the pilot's gears (with a little help from the pilot, of course).

Attached are pics of the new house.
