Appraisal Problem

Our neighbor's house just sold a bit under its value. It has 1 more bdrm and bthrm than ours. Yet our sale price is higher than theirs. Here's the dilemma. If our house appraises for less than the sale price we can't sell unless the buyers make up the difference in cash. Hold on for the ride! We'll post the newest news as soon as we know it.
