Our house is an infirmary

Stella is sick with an ear infection that has made her cranky and needier than we have seen thus far. Meghan went to the ER lat night and was told she has 2 kidney stones. I'm patiently waiting for my lovely gift from nature, which is likely to be a healthy serving of the Bubonic Plague...

High Fever and Dance Fever

Stella has had a fever for the last 24 hours that spiked at 104 today. Thankfully, we were already in the ER when it occurred. She is on a healthy regimen of Motrin and Tylenol with an ice cold side dish of Amoxicillan. Thank God for modern day medicine. The fever finally broke this afternoon around 2:30. Going to church a few weeks ago. Stella is also learning to use her "sippy cup" -- taken a few weeks ago. I think she will be walking prior to my trip in April.
