Licensure
I passed the national licensure test for psychology! The only thing left to get me licensed is the administrative process. WOO HOO!

BTW -- today marks 5 days after our debacle at that wretched restaurant that selflessly gave us food poisoning. We are still not feeling 100%. We cannot eat normal quantities of food (although "normal quanitity of food" for me is a questionable term alltogether). We also continue to be slightly dehydrated, queezy, and headachey with transient acid reflux. Our cheeseburger in paradise was the gift that just keeps on giving...
We are back from our short business trip to San Antonio, TX. It was great to go back there because we miss spending time in a city -- particularly one in which we have previously lived. We were part of a working group of about 20 others who were asked to help the organizer spend 4 million dollars of congressional money that was distributed for mental health treatment purposes. It was a fascinating experience to A) participate in a collaborative working group experience B) to try to spend that much money in a meaningful way C) to hear how many creative ideas others had.
The conversation at 12:45 pm on 20 Jan goes something like this:
Since our return from Christmas she has made some huge milestones. She can get to a sitting position by herself, she can crawl on all fours, she can pull herself to a standing position, sip from a sippy cup AND PERHAPS THE BEST... she is consistently sleeping through the night. And we discovered yesterday that two more teeth are breaking the skin.
Christmas Eve with the Corsos and Millers!! Stella was able to sit with us at the big table because Dawn and Mike bought her a Princess Chair. She chowed down on some sweet potatoes and fruit.
We apologize for not keeping you all in the loop to the COrso happenings. We had a wonderful trip up North for the holidays and in just 7 days were able to spend time with all of our family and friends. It was whirlwind to say the least!! Here are some pics.
